This was a self initiated, staff engagement piece for the group marketing department at Tru-Test Group. The drive behind this project was to encourage teamwork and to break away from the status quo in order to keep improving. The idea was to inspire the team to think of ways that we could help each other do our jobs more effectively. I came up with the idea of a Design First Aid Kit that contained elements such as mini brand guidelines, brand fonts, logos and band-aid style post-it notes for marking up corrections. This was a great success and is now given to new starters in the group marketing team.
